How to Add a New Customer

  1. Navigate to Customers
  2. Click Add Customer (or + button)
  3. Fill in the required fields:
  4. Name
  5. Email
  6. Phone
  7. Billing/Shipping Address
  8. Click Save

Customer Features

  • Internal Notes — Add private comments that never appear on receipts
  • Flag for Follow-up — Highlight customers needing attention
  • Purchase History — View all invoices and payments linked to each customer

  • Invoices — Customer-linked invoices
  • POS — Assigning customers to sales
